Hey! I’m Margot, and I am a 22-year-old photographer based in Nashville, TN!

I love to read, I love my cat (Birdie), and I’ve been taking pictures since I could hold a camera. I actually got good at it around 5 years ago, and I’ve been working here in the city ever since.

I have never been fond of being in front of a camera, so I conduct every shoot with your comfort as the top priority. My main feedback is that I make people feel confident even if they were dreading going on the photoshoot, which makes me so happy!

I also have a bit of a different way of conducting shoots. I do situational and sliding scale pricing, and I don’t set time limits or any limit on the number of photos you get from your photo shoot - apart from seasonal deals. Every single person is different, and your experience with a photographer should reflect that.

On my shoots, I retain the right to bring along an assistant, and will not distribute the RAW files to any client. I am very flexible with my editing styles, so always talk to me about what you would prefer! No client is permitted to post or publish any photos edited by a second party, unless you are adding graphics and have discussed it with me. Make sure my style is one you like before you book! :)

PRICING GUIDE

  • Depending on the event, this can range from anywhere from $80-$200. Reach out for details!

  • Shoots on Belmont’s campus start at $85 and can go up to $100. Off campus shoots start at $100. Sliding scale offered on request!

  • Depending on location and nature of the shoot, cover art shoots start at $50, and can range anywhere to $100. This depends on lighting, props, and length of the photo shoot.

  • Always check for seasonal deals on headshots, but I generally charge $30, but it always goes down to $20 per person if you bring a friend!

  • Dance shoots are being offered on a donation scale for a limited amount of time. I am a ballerina, and I’m building a dance portfolio! This is a passion project; I’ll get your angles in whatever style you prefer! This deal ends in May 2024.

  • Senior Recitals have a blanket cost of $75. I am not in control of lighting or blocking, so these require a good bit of editing :) Some of my favorite events to shoot!

  • House Shows- Pay what you can, suggested price of $30

    Concerts- $30

    I love to help out students building their portfolio!

  • I am down for just about any shoot you can think of, but retain my right to veto any idea that causes me concern for my own safety or comfort. “Guinea Pig” pricing is done on a case-by-case basis, where if you have an idea for a shoot that I have never done before, I will offer a discount for your patience as I experiment!
